Welcome to Patripoly. These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Patripoly website and application (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, they should refrain from using the Platform.

Hereinafter referred to as “Patripoly” or “the Company.”

2. Nature of the Service

Patripoly is a digital platform designed for:

  • financial education

  • personal wealth tracking

  • passive income tracking

  • personal financial planning tools

The information and tools provided on the Platform are intended solely for educational and personal organizational purposes.

Patripoly is not:

  • a broker

  • a financial institution

  • a financial advisor

  • an investment manager

  • a custodian of assets

The Platform does not request deposits and does not hold or manage users’ money.

Any financial decisions made by users based on information available on the Platform are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, users may need to create an account.

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials

  • not share their account with third parties

Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

Patripoly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that involve:

  • fraudulent use

  • misuse of the platform

  • violation of these Terms

4. Age of Users

The Platform may be used by individuals of any age.

However, it is recommended that users be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to understand and assume decisions related to personal financial management.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Platform may require a paid subscription.

The conditions are as follows:

  • subscriptions are billed monthly

  • the price will be the current price displayed on the Platform at the time of payment

  • subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle

  • users may cancel their subscription at any time

Payments are processed through the payment gateway PayPal.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not generate refunds for payments already made.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services provided, no refunds are offered for subscriptions or payments already completed.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

7. Financial Data Entered by Users

The Platform may allow users to input personal financial information for tracking and organizational purposes.

This information:

  • is private

  • is not visible to other users

  • is used solely for the operation of the Platform’s tools

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter.

8. Educational Content

The Platform may include educational content available within the Wealth Studies Center or other learning sections.

Such content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute personalized financial advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • software

  • design

  • texts

  • graphics

  • tools

  • methodologies

  • educational materials

  • the Patripoly brand

is the exclusive property of Producciones Travel Media S. de R.L. de C.V. or its licensors.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • redistribute

  • sell

  • modify

  • commercially exploit

any content of the Platform without prior written authorization.

10. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • using the Platform for fraudulent purposes

  • attempting to access other users’ accounts

  • interfering with the functioning of the system

  • using the Platform for illegal activities

The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

Use of the Platform is at the sole responsibility of the user.

Patripoly does not guarantee:

  • financial results

  • investment profitability

  • achievement of financial goals

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • financial losses

  • investment decisions made by users

  • inaccuracies in user-entered data

  • service interruptions

  • technical issues beyond its control

12. Service Availability

Patripoly makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available.

However, the Company does not guarantee that the service will be free from:

  • interruptions

  • errors

  • technical failures

The Platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily suspended without prior notice.

13. Changes to the Terms

Patripoly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will take effect once published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
